As we have mentioned we decided to offer these inspections because we believe that it is very important that people have their foundations inspected. We have seen how the lack of inspection has lead to major problems that could have easily been avoided. We want to completely eradicate this problem. The best way that we believe we can do that is by offering these free inspections. The following paragraphs will try to answer some of the most common questions that we get!
Do I Have Like One Free Inspection A Year?
One of the first things that people want to know is how extensive the “free” part is in our inspections. We are not going to block you buy any means from these free inspections. We usually provide around one a year per household so to speak. If we find no problems with your foundation then there really is no reason that you would require another one. So, as long as you stay reasonable we can provide a lot of free inspections!
What Happens When You Do Find Something?
Ok, so what is step two and when are you going to start charging me? That is a common question that we get as well. We don’t start charging you until you actually hire one of our services. The way that we work is as follows. We finish our free inspection and we give you a rundown of the issue or potential issues. Also, we let you know if we believe that any of them are going to require immediate assistance. When this happens the ball is in your court. You can decide to let us get to work or seek out another opinion.
We Don’t Push You Into Hiring Our Services
A lot of people have had bad experiences with free services. We understand that, and we want you to know that we will do everything within our power to make sure that you do not have a bad experience with one of our services. We are not the type of company that is providing “free” services only to charge you double on the back end. We are not going to give you some apocalyptic scenario of what could happen if you don’t hire us. We will tell it like it is. If we don’t find anything we will let you know!
It Is A Quick Service
We usually don’t take hours upon hours inspecting your property. That does not mean though that our services are not going to be done properly. These inspections are meant to be preventive. So, at times we may only scratch the surface of a problem when we provide the inspection. To be able to know the full extent of the problem we may literally need to dig deeper.
